Rev. Beatus Saulo
Founder

Rev. Beatus Saulo

Rev. Beatus Saulo is a theologian and a pastor who is experienced and dedicated minister with a strong academic and pastoral background as he holds a Diploma in Secondary Education (DSE) of Mtwara Teachers Collage, a Bachelor of Divinity (BD), a Masters of Theology (MTh) both of Tumaini University Makumira Arusha Tanzania and currently pursuing a PhD in Sociology. He has served faithfully in various congregations and schools as a teacher, pastor and chaplain, demonstrating a deep commitment to pastoral care and counseling, spiritual growth and community development. His ministry has extended beyond the pulpit, encompassing significant roles in youth, women and young generation mentorship, camping educational training and seminars facilitation. In the field of secondary education, theology and missiological expertise he is also well equipped in the fields of psychology and sociology which enriches his pastoral approach and engagement with diverse community.

Rev. Christina Mwingira

Rev. Christina Mwingira

Rev. Christina Mwingira is a dedicated theologian and legal scholar with a strong passion for empowering the next generations. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), Bachelor of Divinity (BD) and Master's Degree in Theology (MTh), both from Tumaini University Makumira in Arusha Tanzania. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in Philosophy and Religious Studies in the Hamburg University in Germany. As an ordained pastor she serves in different congregation in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania Eastern Coastal Diocese in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. She is committed to serving young generation, youth and women through mentorship, advocacy and spiritual guidance. Her academic and ministerial journey has been marked by a deep interest in mentoring with previous research focusing on effective mentoring models within faith communities. Currently her PhD research centers on youth empowerment a social scientific perspective aiming at developing sustainable strategies for holistic development among young people in Tanzania and beyond.

Hon. Susan Philip Kihawa
Chairperson

Hon. Susan Philip Kihawa

Hon. Susan Philip Kihawa holds an Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and Masters of law (LL.M) on Procedural Law and International Legal Practices both from the University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania in 2006 and 2013 respectively. She later on pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership, by Uongozi Institute (TZ) & Aalto University Executive Education (Finland) in the year 2023. In the year 2007, Ms Kihawa was employed as Resident Magistrate in the Judiciary of Tanzania. She was appointed by the Hon. Chief Justice to serve as District Resident Magistrate in charge of Temeke and Ilala Districts respectively in years 2017-2023. She currently serves as the Deputy Registrar of the High Court of Tanzania, Morogoro Zone. With her 17 years' experience in this field of adjudication (both in civil and criminal cases) Ms. Kihawa constantly believes that the efficiency of the justice delivery systems significantly leads to successful Nation. On the other hand, Ms. Kihawa serves as a parish secretary at Mogolandege Lutheran Church Eastern and Coastal Diocese in Dar es salaam (ECD) for about 10 years now. In this experience she identified so many challenges in criminalities are associated to unethical behaviours. She made various recommendations aiming at looking for sustainable solutions.

Ms. Veronica Kebwe

Ms. Veronica Kebwe, is a Tanzanian holding Master Degree of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation: Impact of youth firm participation in network and technological innovations on business performance (2019) from The Open University of Tanzania. She received Bachelor Degree in Statistics (2013) at University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania. She is currently working with International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) as an Executive Assistant and Program Youth Coordinator under youth in agribusiness unit since 2014 to date, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She also worked as Data Analyst as a consultant at Engender Health Tanzania (2015 -2016) and Data analysis at Eden Consult Company Ltd, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from July 2013 to December 2013.

She is a financial executive with proven competencies in strategic financial planning and expertise in financial management. She has an ability to work with local and international NGO's and support them to execute their projects through provision of strategic services with value for money focused. Also she has an excellent attitude to deal with diverse people ultimately enhanced leadership skills and adaptability to changing situations. Either she has a substantial knowledge and skills in developing designing and production of various Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials of different format She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA) in accounting of the Open University of Tanzania in 2012, a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Dar es Salaam Tanzania in 2007 with various courses in Computer applications, secretarial book keeping. She is having different experiences in finance, and accounting functions including billing, budgeting, asset management, cash management, payroll and financial reporting and analysis ect.

Ms. Sia Efraim Njau

Ms. Sia Efraim Njau is an accomplished business manager with over 20 years of experience driving organizations management across multinational and local organizations in banking, NGO's, FMCG and hospitality industries. She has held senior roles for more than 10 years bringing deep expertise in strategic leadership, corporate, finance, resource management and compliance. Currently Ms Sia serves as the CEO of Taraja Financial Services Limited as position she held since February 2025. Her extensive career spans over 20 years having worked with extensive institutions such as Tourism Promotion Services Tanzania (Serena Hotels), Tanzania Breweries Limited (AB-InBev) and International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in Tanzania.

Dr. Regina Emilian Kapinga

Dr. Regina Emilian Kapinga, (PhD)

Dr. Regina Emilian Kapinga is a distinguished agricultural scientist and partnership development expert with more than 30 years of experience in international agricultural development, research leadership, projects management, advocacy, and resource mobilization. She is a Tanzanian national trained in applied agricultural research and currently serves as a consultant at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) on supporting the development of sustainable seed systems effort in the East and Central African regions. In her previous role as Head of Advocacy and Resource Mobilization at IITA from 2015 to 2023, she led successful multi-partner fundraising efforts that mobilized over $30 million for agricultural projects supporting strategic initiatives across the institute's Regional Hubs: West (Nigeria & Ghana); Central ( Burundi & Rwanda); Eastern (Tanzania, Madagascar, Kenya and Uganda); and Southern Africa (Zambia & Malawi). In Tanzania, Dr. Kapinga has also played a key convening role of all international agricultural research centers working in the country under the umbrella of the Consultative Group of International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) ensuring alignment with the country's priorities through the Agricultural Sector Development Program Phase (ASDP II). Between 2019 and 2020, Dr. Kapinga also served as the IITA's Country Representative in Uganda where she provided strategic leadership, resource mobilization, managed institutional partnerships, and represented IITA in national policy dialogue.

Dr. Mary Christine Shetto

Dr. Mary Christine Shetto, (PhD)

Dr. Mary is an Agriculture and Rural Development practitioner with over 40 years of experience in the management of agricultural development programs in Tanzania and East Africa region. She is currently working as an independent consultant in various assignments, the last being the World Bank Team implementing the Food System Resilient project in Tanzania. Dr Shetto worked as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Kilimo Trust (KT), a regional NGO in East Africa (2017-2020) and a Country Director for KT Tanzania (2014 – 2017). She was responsible for project management and implementation including building partnerships between smallholder farmers and investors in small, medium and large-scale agriculture enterprises; enhanced financial management, monitoring, evaluation, documentation of lessons for scaling-up and ensure gender equality. She supported and mentored private sector especially the Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) to ensure their growth in agribusiness including practicing good governance, financial and risk management, compliance with tax and statutory requirements, build capacity to develop strategic and inclusive business plan and marketing strategy. As a consultant she worked as a member of a team that developed a mentoring program for young women entrepreneurs under the Women in Business program. She is a member and the president of International Board of Rikolto, with its headquarters in Belgium; a Trustee of Agricultural Marketing Development Trust; a member of the board of African Initiative for Relief and Development (AIRD) in Tanzania and a member of the Kilimo Trust Tanzania Board.

Ms. Nuru Mbukwa

Ms Nuru Mbukwa is a passionate educator, skilled trainer and dynamic entrepreneur. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Art with Education of the University of Dar es salaam Tanzania and she is well trained in both teaching and facilitating hands-on learning experiences. She is also a talented baker, known for her ability to bake a wide variety of products and to effectively train others-both online and through live practical sessions. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit she runs her own baking business and engages in various other ventures. Her mission is to empower others with skill, knowledge and confidence to succeed in both education and business.

Ms. Hilda Pius Kessy

Ms. Hilda Pius Kessy is a self-driven professional with a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for service and entrepreneurship. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) Dar es Salaam Tanzania in 2024. Previously she worked with reputable organizations such as Bank of Africa and Darwoth Limited Company gaining valuable experience in corporate and technical environments. Currently she is s self-employed involving herself in various diverse of interest. She serves as an online Bible study coordinator under the Family of Praying Women (FOPW) Institute where she volunteers her time, skills to support spiritual growth and community engagement. Yet she is deeply passionate in livestock keeping which pursues with dedication as part of her entrepreneurial journey.

Ms. Bibiana Joseph Kileo

Ms. Bibiana Joseph Kileo is a dedicated Lawyer and Evangelist who combine legal expertise with a deep commitment to faith and public services. She currently serves with the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions at the National Prosecutions Service since April 2024, where she holds justice with integrity and diligence. Ms. Bibiana holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) in law and economics of Saint Augustine University Mwanza Tanzania and a Bachelor of law (LL.B) of the University of Dar es salaam Tanzania. Beyond her legal profession, she is a passionate preacher of the word of God actively involved in evangelism and spiritual leadership. She lives out her calling to serve both God and nation with purpose and conviction.

Ms. Jennie George Songo

Ms. Jennie is an experienced professional with a strong background in Sociology, Business Administration and Corporate Sector. She holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology of the University of Dar es salaam Tanzania in (2006-2009) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration of the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) in Dar es Salaam Tanzania in (2019-2020). Ms. Jennie is currently serving as a Senior Banking Operations Officer at Tanzania Commercial Bank (TCB) since 2021. She brought a wealth of experience from her previous roles including working as a customer service supervisor and as a Bank teller at TIB Cooperate Bank in various years. Also she worked as an Academic secretary at KAM Collage of Health Science in Dar es Salaam Tanzania and worked with a National Housing Cooperation (NHC) as an Administration Assistant in 2003-2006. Jennie is known of her professionalism, discipline and dedication as a devoted and God fearing women. She lives by value of integrity, service and faith, always striving to make a positive impact in both her workplace and community.
